Refund and Returns Policy

At Arki, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with our products and services. Our Refund and Returns Policy is designed in compliance with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law issued on Muharram 3, 1440 AH, corresponding to September 13, 2018 AD.

Returns

You can request a product return within 14 days from the date of delivery, under the following conditions:

  • Unused Products: The product must be in its original, unused condition and returned in the same state as it was delivered.
  • Mismatch with Specifications: If the product does not match the specifications, sizes, or descriptions provided on the Arki website.
  • Damaged During Delivery: If the product arrives damaged, you may refuse to receive it. However, once the delivery receipt has been signed, the product cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Custom-Made Products: Products manufactured with special specifications, sizes, or materials at the customer’s request cannot be returned or exchanged.

Note: All return requests are subject to an investigation and review by Arki’s relevant department. The company reserves the right to accept or reject return requests, based on the conditions listed above and in compliance with the Consumer Protection Law.

Return Process

  1. Submitting a Return Request: You can submit a return request either through the Arki website or by contacting customer service.
  2. Review Period: Your return request will be reviewed and investigated by the relevant department within 2 to 5 working days from the submission date.
  3. Product Collection: If approved, Arki will arrange the collection of the returned product within 2 to 5 working days after approval.
  4. Return Refusal: Arki reserves the right to refuse the return if the product does not meet the outlined conditions or if any accessories are missing.

Refunds

Once a return is approved and the product is received by Arki:

  • Condition Verification: The product will be inspected to ensure that it meets the return conditions.
  • Refund Process: Upon successful inspection, a refund will be issued via the original payment method. Refund processing time may vary based on your payment provider, but typically takes between 7 and 14 working days.
  • Deductions: In some cases, the original shipping fee may be deducted from the refund if the product is returned due to reasons not related to damage or defects.

Note: If Arki refuses the return due to a failure to meet the conditions, the product will be returned to the customer, and no refund will be issued.
