Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Arki, we are committed to ensuring that our products are delivered to you with the highest level of quality and care. Our warranty policy ensures that your product is protected against any defects in material, design, or workmanship after purchase.
Warranty Coverage
- On selected products where Arki is considered the seller, warranty repairs will be carried out at authorized service centers, represented by Arki’s service team.
- If a product is purchased from a third-party seller through Arki’s platform, the respective seller’s warranty terms will apply, if available.
- Warranty duration varies by product and will be clearly stated on the product page. Customers are advised to review the warranty duration before placing an order.
Pickup and Delivery for Warranty Claims
- The address provided during the warranty claim request will be registered as the pickup and delivery location for the claimed item. This address cannot be modified once the claim is submitted.
- If the item requires in-house repair, Arki will assign a representative and schedule the repair accordingly.
- Arki’s warranty obligations are limited to either repairing the defective product or offering a refund for the purchase amount, at the sole discretion of Arki as the seller.
Warranty Exclusions and Conditions
- Not all products are covered by the warranty. Always check the product listing to confirm whether warranty benefits apply.
- In cases of a refund, all accessories included with the product must be returned. Failure to return these accessories will result in the rejection of the refund.
- Where Arki is the seller, a 12-month warranty is provided for eligible items purchased within Egypt. Repair or replacement under warranty does not extend or renew the warranty period.
- Warranty terms align with the product manufacturer’s policies. If the product cannot be repaired but remains under warranty, a replacement will be issued.
- Arki provides its own warranty on select items to ensure the highest quality of service. Customers can contact us for more information.
Shipping and Logistics Assistance
- Warranty coverage begins once the delivery process is completed.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring that the item is packed in its original box or properly wrapped to prevent damage during transit. If the item is damaged due to inadequate packaging, Arki will not be responsible, and the item will be returned to the customer without being serviced.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
- MDF Products: A 5-year warranty is provided against manufacturing defects, excluding fabrics, sun exposure, and other natural factors.
- Outdoor Products: A 1-year warranty is provided against manufacturing defects, excluding fabrics, sun exposure, and natural factors.
- Mattresses: A 10-year warranty is provided against manufacturing defects, excluding fabrics, sun exposure, and natural factors.
- Warranty does not cover misuse, fabrics, or natural factors. Any repairs or replacements outside the warranty scope may be subject to additional costs, determined by Arki.
